There the Command Post Set Up Company (CP Set Up Coy) of the Headquarters Support Battalion (HQSB) will start to build up and installation of the Main and Rear Command Posts for the Eurocorps' exercise Common Effort 08. These preparations will allow some 2000 soldiers to train in exactly the same conditions as during a real operation.
Common Effort 08 is mayor exercise at army corps level that will take place from 12 till 28 November 2008. These exercises make it possible for Eurocorps members to train on a regular base in order to improve their professional know-how and to preserve their certification as NATO high readiness forces (HRF) and NATO Response Force (NRF).
