Warfighting Corps Headquarters
In future, it is not excluded that EUROCORPS will train as a War-Fighting Army Corps in planning and executing an Article 5, Major Joint Operation (Plus) against a peer adversary contesting NATO in all domains.
In this case, training will be devoted to the tactical level, i.e. commanding troops during battle operations. It will also take into account the latest interoperability and Allied compatibility solutions.
After certification, a War-Fighting Corps should be capable to conduct territorial defense for NATO with up to five divisions and 120,000 troops.
